I have a .25cal air ranger and traded for another shroud because the shroud that came with my gun has an ldc permanently attached and the one i traded for has a 1/2”-20unf thread on the end so i could switch between different ldc’s or have the option to not use one and maintain a shorter length to the gun.. I changed from the standard daystate shroud and silencer to the huggett simply because i wasn't happy with the length of the rifle-it was far too long for my liking!now with this huggett and belita it has knocked 5 inches off the original length so i'm now very pleased.i really don't understand why the standard rifle has to be that long.. Made in the uk by milbro, the huggett shroud system is a highly effective and physically attractive upgrade to the already beautiful daystate air ranger and air wolf rifles..
Re: berrel shroud differences by airwolf1 » 21 dec 2013, 23:20 as pointed out above, two diameter shrouds, airwolf/ranger the same fit and huntsman/mk4 are the same fit so the one that becks had will be too big.. (extra shroud, 2 mags, leather bottle cover, 2 mags, rowan trigger, box, paperwork, etc) i did shorten one of the shrouds approx 3" to make the gun a bit more compact. in the pics the shorter shroud is on the gun.. The air ranger’s 500cc fixed power source combines with the high efficiency of the slingshot hammer and valve system to return a vast number of shots per quick-fill charge, making the air ranger all the airgun you will ever need..
